Every aspect has been carefully constructed and set-up for maximum protection, including every user access set to the correct role, with your Administrators controlling who can do what. Features include preventing the export of data, and recording what was accessed or exported.


Are there ACCESS RIGHTS and HIERARCHIES? Yes, MKIS LOGIC has a leading and highly comprehensive method of setting and monitoring user access and feature rights - which automatically works in combination with every aspect across the entire system - and can be administered on-the-fly.

Access to the system can only be gained via a valid authorised username and password, which must be supplied every time to login to the system. Cross-functional and multi-level hierarchies create tailored access to data, screens and functions.

Is DATA ENCRYPTED for SECURITY? Yes, to ensure data security, 128bit SSL communication is supported between the client and server. This encrypts all communications between the client and server, so that data cannot be intercepted during transmission. The padlock icon that appears in the bottom right corner of the browser window screen signifies that the connection is secure. The system also has a range of System Administration features that can be used provide complete visibility and control of what users can see and do, e.g. exporting data.

How long does it take to IMPLEMENT MKIS LOGIC™? MKIS LOGIC is instantly available and can be up and running within hours. Typical set-up time to be fully operational is between 3 - 10 days.

Do you provide an SLA (Service Level Agreement)? Yes, for the full Enterprise Edition of MKIS LOGIC, an SLA is available, which gives guarantees of uptime, support response times, etc.

Can I get a BACK-UP of my MKIS LOGIC™ data? Yes, a data management service can be provided and a backup of your data can be provided via our FTP site in Microsoft Excel© or SQL format.
